I began working for Lentz in 1987
each summer during my college years. I served
as a Packer and Helper before becoming a Relocation Consultant, so
I have first-hand knowledge of all the stages that go into a
successful move. My in-depth experience and knowledge in advising
consumer and commercial clients with their relocation needs
makes it possible to provide you with excellent customer service
and guide you through the important decisions you'll need to make
in the relocation process. I
have successfully achieved and met all the requirements of a Certified
Moving Consultant.

Moving
Day Tips
Before driver and crew leaves your residence, make one last walk
through your house to insure everything has been loaded.
Remove any flammable and potentially hazardous liquids, i.e.
bleach, turpentine, etc. It is best not to ship any liquids.
Either you or someone representing you should always be on site
for entire packing and loading.
Keep your inventory list. It is very important on the day of
deliver to check each item as it is delivered to you. Note any
lost or damaged goods on the driver’s inventory list, or you may
be waiving your right to file a claim.
File any claim for lost or damaged goods within 30 to 45 days of
the delivery date to your new home.
If moving out of state, call your Relocation Consultant one week
prior to move to
confirm actual pack, load and delivery schedule.
